Your workout data lives on your device. Iron Flow does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. No ads. No profiles. No surprises.
Iron Flow stores workout data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:
Iron Flow offers an optional account for cross-device backup. If you sign in (Sign in with Apple or email), your training data syncs to a Supabase backend hosted in the EU.
Without an account, the app works fully offline. No data leaves your device. Iron Flow does not use Apple iCloud or CloudKit for sync. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
The app includes optional anonymized usage analytics (crashes, performance, feature use) to help us catch bugs and improve the product. You can opt out anytime in Settings. No personal training data is ever sent.
getironflow.com does not use cookies or behavioral tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic — no personal data, no cross-site tracking.
The app and website use the following third-party services:
You can delete all local data by deleting the app from your device. If you created an account, you can delete it from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes all stored data from our servers permanently.
