Today, reset

  • Flat session hero on Today — your program, this week's session, and next-set suggestions on one surface. Start or skip in a tap.
  • Workout frequency, recent PRs, and 1RM progress all live on Today — with friendly "log a session and this fills in" placeholders before your first workout instead of a blank screen.
  • "Done for today" previews your next program session and the exercises coming up.
  • Template editor: Save and Start sit together in the top-right toolbar.
  • Workouts tab: swipe any template for Start / Duplicate / Archive / Delete.
  • Consistent header rhythm and one row design across every tab.
  • Fix: music in other apps no longer cuts out when Iron Flow launches.

Polish + reliability

  • Today screen breathes more — wider gaps between sections so the feed feels less cramped.
  • "Done for today" tightened: cleaner hierarchy, the redundant checkmark is gone.
  • Notifications now clear properly when a workout finishes — no more leftover rest-timer or idle reminder banners.
  • Workout summary simplified to duration + PRs.
  • Reorder exercises mid-workout via the drag handle on the right edge of each card. Tap vs. drag is no longer ambiguous.
  • Set input: typing "08" now becomes "8" automatically (decimal "0.5" still works).
  • History: old rows with 0 reps no longer show as "0 reps" lines — empty sets hidden.
  • Strong CSV import: half-filled rows with 0 reps are dropped instead of saved as zero-weight templates.

Trainer-grade onboarding

  • Six-question setup picks a program that fits how you actually train — goal, training history, equipment (multi-select), days per week, session length, and any areas to avoid loading.
